Every console, game and accessory we sell is 100% original and sealed, backed by official manufacturer warranty. If a product arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it free of charge.
Return Window
Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Games and accessories must be unopened and in original packaging.
Defective Items
If your item is faulty on arrival, contact us within 48 hours with photos/video and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund — no questions asked.
